At QNB SİGORTA, I develop backend services and enterprise applications for critical insurance business processes. I also author Oracle PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and query optimizations.
At ÖZEL ŞAHİNKAYA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, I designed and developed a web-based school management system with dedicated student, administration, teacher, and parent modules. I led its ongoing management, maintenance, and feature expansion.
At SİSOFT HEALTHCARE INFORMATION SYSTEMS, I helped establish and scale the web-based architecture of Hospital Information Management Systems used by approximately 250 hospitals. My work has also included enterprise insurance platforms and municipal geographic information systems.
