At LG CNS America, I support integrated logistics and manufacturing systems in an EV battery production environment. I analyze material-flow workflows and implement configuration changes to reduce waiting, hand-offs, and unnecessary movement.
I use Oracle SQL, application logs, and transaction histories to investigate production logistics disruptions and trace system logic. I also translate shop-floor requirements into system and master-data changes, then help deploy, test, and validate solutions with PLC, MES, and operations engineers.
In my projects, I implemented a driver monitoring system using Python, OpenCV, and MediaPipe, and tested its performance on a Raspberry Pi. I also implemented a workforce scheduling system with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
