At IFS, I design enterprise SaaS experiences across IFS Cloud, including IFS Home, the Cloud Toolbar, Conditional Formatting, and light and dark themes. I turn complex business requirements into simple, empathetic workflows validated with enterprise users and stakeholders.
I've led design system work from Figma components and icon libraries to tokens, documentation, accessibility, and engineering collaboration. My work has improved product quality and measurable outcomes, including a 97% Conditional Formatting completion rate and a 21% reduction in Cloud Toolbar dead clicks.
I'm currently leading UX for FedRAMP support in the IFS Lifecycle Experience Center, designing multi-user permission models and admin tooling. I mentor designers and use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to accelerate prototyping, research, documentation, and delivery without compromising craftsmanship.
