I’m a Data Engineer with production experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and processing tens of GBs of enterprise data daily. On Azure Databricks, I use PySpark and SQL to transform raw inputs into analytics-ready datasets with same-day availability.

In my Data Engineer Intern role at Teleperformance (Chennai, India), I ingested, cleaned, and transformed live Genesys Cloud API data daily to support 5+ business reports. I developed 10+ PySpark and SQL modules and implemented a 3-layer Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) across 10+ Delta Lake tables with validation checkpoints for integrity and consistency.

I’m hands-on with end-to-end data work—building reliable data workflows for operational analytics and supporting management reporting through statistical and trend analysis. I also prepare transformed datasets and Excel-based analytical summaries for non-technical stakeholders, helping drive business intelligence and process optimization.

Beyond engineering, I bring Data Analyst experience through KPI-focused dashboarding. I built a Customer Churn dashboard using SQL Server and Power BI, analyzing 7K+ customer records with KPI analysis, segmentation, churn trends, and interactive dashboards featuring KPI cards, slicers, and retention insights.
