At Assurekit Technologies, I designed a self-serve configuration module from zero that reduced program setup from a 2–3 day ops-to-engineering handoff to under 30 minutes, removing engineering from the setup loop. Since launch, 17 programs have been configured across 13 partners.
I was the sole designer for shared claims, cancellation, and endorsement workflows, creating a three-panel interface for non-linear status changes and high-volume ticket handling. After launch, errors and misrouted tickets were reduced.
I also collaborated on mobile-first buying journeys and the web claim-raise journey, and I’m currently working on a claim-page revamp. I prototype in code with Claude Code, maintain the design system and component library in Figma, and use AI to explore more directions while keeping design decisions mine.
