Sejal Sharma

I'm a final-year Computer Science student at NIT Hamirpur (CGPA 8.19, graduating June 2027). I like building systems where clean data plumbing meets usable interfaces.

This summer I was a Technology Program Intern at Wells Fargo, where I designed a CCAR data lineage system using Python, Django REST, PostgreSQL and Apache Iceberg. Replacing iterative BFS with recursive SQL CTEs cut lineage queries from about 2 minutes to a single database call. I also built a React Flow lineage viewer with progressive graph expansion and cache-first retrieval that brought warm-cache responses down to about 5 seconds. Along the way I worked with Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, AWS S3 and GCP.

Outside work, I build AI and ML projects. MediBot is a three-agent CrewAI pipeline on Gemini with human-in-the-loop symptom interviews. I also built a Q-learning CPU scheduler trained on Google Borg cluster traces and benchmarked it against FCFS, SJF and Round Robin. At AppTeam NITH I lead frontend and UI/UX work, including an inventory app used by more than 500 people and the HackOnHills national hackathon site, which drew more than 1,000 registrations.

I'm a Codeforces Specialist (max 1517) with a LeetCode rating of 1742 and more than 500 problems solved. I've also reached the semi-finals of Google's Big Code Challenge and the GHCI 2025 Hackathon. I'm interested in backend, data engineering, and applied AI roles.

I'm looking for full-time new-grad Software Engineer (SDE) roles starting mid-2027, especially in backend, data engineering or applied AI.
