At Sharif Medical & Dental College, I handled day-to-day HR functions, including staff records and documentation.

I supported recruitment and onboarding of new employees and coordinated with departments on staff-related queries and HR processes.

Alongside my HR Officer role, I served as Assistant Warden at Girls Hostel (C), helping maintain resident welfare, discipline, and day-to-day administration.

My MPhil research examined psychological empowerment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, including the moderating effect of self-leadership. I also developed a research proposal on workplace ostracism and knowledge hiding.
