At Capgemini Technology Services, I help develop CXO Insights, an internal GenAI chatbot that answers plain-language questions about client revenue. I refined LangGraph agent workflows, tested answers against expected business results, and used prompt engineering to reduce hallucinations.
I also added trend and Top-N analysis features, along with entity mapping and filters that help users get the right results. I work with Python, SQL, and LangGraph, and hold Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate and Azure AI Fundamentals certifications.
