I am Dr. Sedat Toraman, a dedicated mining engineer with over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration and coal production. My career began at the university, where I developed a strong foundation in mining engineering. I have worked at Turkey's largest institution, MTA, where I held various roles, including Mining Engineer, Coordinator, and Regional Manager. For the past 8 years, I have been contributing to TKI, the public institution for coal production in Turkey, where I have focused on enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.

My academic journey has been equally fulfilling, as I am currently pursuing my associate professorship while holding a Ph.D. from Cukurova University. I have authored several scientific articles published in reputable journals, focusing on coal preparation and mining technologies. My work has contributed to significant projects, including the design and analysis of coal fields and the localization of geothermal drilling rigs, showcasing my commitment to advancing the mining sector in Turkey.
