Sebastian Kankam

I am a recent graduate from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with First Class Honors. My academic journey has been marked by a strong focus on management principles, finance, and strategic decision-making, equipping me with the skills necessary to excel in the business landscape.

In my role as a Procurement/Logistics Assistant at the Kumasi Center for Collaborative Research, I developed a forecast model for procurement activities and managed a real-time analytics platform for inventory control. My leadership experience includes serving as a Team Lead for a research project, where I collaborated with peers to explore workplace dynamics and their impact on employee performance. Additionally, I have honed my data analysis skills through my involvement with the Finance and Investment Club, where I trained teams in financial analysis and market sentiment.
