At Tremend Software Consulting / Publicis Sapient, I lead six Quality Engineering managers across a CEE organization of more than 100 professionals, shaping capability strategy, staffing, standards, presales, delivery risk, and AI-assisted software delivery.

I've architected reusable quality platforms for global employee benefits and regulated banking programs. For a 15+ feature-team program with 200+ contributors, I led a codeless Java automation platform that enabled QEs without programming experience to create and run end-to-end tests through Jira/Xray.

In regulated financial services, I evolve a Playwright, TypeScript, and Cucumber BDD platform used by three product teams. I designed an AI-assisted validation workflow that turns delivery context into traceable, evidence-backed verdicts through deterministic gates, independent review, fail-closed handling, and human approval.
