What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise customer relationships where I can improve onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth while partnering closely with Product, Operations, and technical teams to turn client feedback into measurable outcomes.

I manage enterprise client relationships across sports analytics and BPO, owning onboarding, adoption, escalations, retention, and account growth across the US, Latin America, and Europe.

At Diamond Solutions, I serve as the primary contact for clients across four Latin American markets and drive adoption of a multi-user analytics platform for 25+ MLB organizations and 38 external clients. I bring scout and trainer feedback to Product and Operations while partnering with technical teams to maintain reliable TrackMan data pipelines for scouting decisions.

Previously at Concentrix and Teleperformance, I improved customer satisfaction, resolution times, complaint volume, and account growth for enterprise clients including Supercell, Temu, Lyft, StockX, Fitbit/Google, Walmart, and Amazon Ring. I helped grow one account from 60 to 400 FTEs into an $8.4M ARR relationship and have supported $36M+ in combined annual account revenue across roles.
