What I'm looking for

Currently, I am working as a Senior Data Scientist at Lookiero, an online personal styling service in Europe and the UK. At Lookiero, I analyze personal-shopper performance, get user insights, make causal inferences for marketing initiatives, and create recommendation systems based on user feedback (personalization). I am also teaching a course on machine learning and survey methodology for the Master in Computational Social Sciences at the University Carlos III, Madrid. Previous to my current position, I led a group of researchers studying early conditions on health outcomes (e.g., obesity) at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). I also worked as a Senior Data Scientist at a startup in the Bay Area, leading a small group of analysts to design and analyze experiments (A/B testing) and create data pipelines. I have also consulted on academic and industry projects (e.g., HR and recruiting dashboards for Personio).
