At KONIAG GOVERNMENT SERVICES, I led an application rationalization effort to consolidate, eliminate, and modernize Human Resources systems. I worked with customers to shape solution visions and roadmaps, translate needs into technical requirements, and guide the work from planning through transition to support.
At Freddie Mac, I contributed to cloud migration and modernization initiatives that saved $2M by replacing legacy hardware and applications with cloud-based solutions and consolidating staff. I also developed technical diagrams and roadmaps for platform cutovers and system integrations.
For the Army National Guard at METONYMY CONSULTING, I managed a team of up to seven architects planning cloud-based integrations and legacy system retirements. Renegotiating contracts reduced project costs from $10M to $8M, and the modernization was delivered one year ahead of schedule.
Earlier, at SEKONE ENTERPRISE, I developed a risk management plan that increased Defense Healthcare Management Systems’ uptime from 80% to 99%. My work across federal and financial systems has included enterprise architecture, modernization roadmaps, cloud adoption, and risk analysis.
