I’m looking to join healthcare organizations where I can stabilize finance, build reporting and governance, and deliver execution across cash forecasting, KPI dashboards, and transaction or turnaround preparation.

I’ve been brought in as Interim CFO and CFO across PE-backed urgent care, ophthalmology/optometry, and value-based healthcare—partnering with Presidents and CEOs to stabilize operations, improve reporting and controls, and prepare for the next chapter.

At Emergence Health Holdings, I accelerated month-end reporting by re-engineering department structure, team, and processes, restored audit integrity with re-engaged auditors, and tightened AR visibility, revenue recognition, and cash flow predictability through KPI reporting.

At SEES Holdings, I built the first bottoms-up budget and a detailed 5-year strategic financial forecasting model with investment bankers, optimizing sell-side diligence and QoE and supporting lender negotiations through multiple bidding rounds.

Before that, at Reemo Health, I architected financial infrastructure, institutionalized governance for SOC2/HIPAA/HITECH, led the LLC-to-corporation transition for funding, and helped secure ~$7M in capital to fuel software development and market entry.
