Sayli Gadiwan

I’m a motivated Electrical and Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in power systems, renewable energy (GADIWAN), and embedded technologies. I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Advanced Electronics and Electrical Engineering at Brunel University London, and I focus on delivering projects that optimise energy efficiency and drive sustainable outcomes.

In my Electrical Engineering Intern role at Trans Delta Transformer Pvt. Ltd. in London, I conducted transformer testing and quality assurance to ensure full regulatory compliance with IEEE/IEC industry standards. I also investigated and resolved equipment malfunctions with the engineering team to minimise operational disruption, and supported preventive maintenance and production activities to improve operational efficiency and product reliability.

Through my internships and projects, I’ve combined electrical engineering with practical implementation—designing a rooftop Solar PV system with net metering, researching energy storage, and analysing ROI and system performance (projecting a 15% reduction in annual electricity costs). I’ve also built embedded solutions using 8051 microcontrollers in assembly language and delivered a smoke detector system that achieved 100% safety compliance through comprehensive test plans.
