At NephroPlus, I manage ₹35+ crore in annual Capex procurement across a 500+ centre healthcare network spanning 270+ cities.

I source dialysis and HDF machines, biomedical equipment, DG sets, HVAC systems, electrical stabilizers, hospital furniture, and indirect categories. I lead commercial negotiations, contract finalization, supplier performance management, and pan-India rate contracts across Projects, Biomedical, IT, and Marketing.

I've improved Capex OTIF from 35% to 70% through structured planning and supplier coordination, while delivering 2–3% savings on ad hoc procurement and 4–5% savings through negotiated rate contracts.

I'm experienced in P2P operations, Rapid Response procurement, stakeholder coordination, supplier risk mitigation, and ERP-driven procurement through Microsoft Dynamics 365.
