Previously at Baker Hughes, I managed fulfilment for 25+ European suppliers across filters, valves, and C-class commodities, maintaining on-time delivery above 95% while coordinating pull-ins, push-outs, quality issues, and supplier recovery.
At GE Power, I monitored sourcing KPIs including spend, savings, cash flow, and claim recovery, projected steel prices, and mapped sourcing processes in ARIS BPM to support the Alstom-GE integration.
