At Kamakshi Industries, I supported production planning and shop-floor scheduling as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, coordinating daily activities with manufacturing requirements. I also maintained production, material, and quality records for traceability.
I gained practical exposure to CNC machining, fabrication, and welding, and checked incoming MS and stainless-steel materials against specified grades, specifications, and quantities.
During my Product Design & Development Internship at Kamakshi Industries, I reviewed engineering drawings and BOMs and assisted with prototype inspection and testing. I also conducted dimensional verification against engineering specifications.
At Unicorn Industries, I monitored machining operations against drawing requirements and dimensional tolerances. In academic projects, I studied FSAM process variables and worked on railway coupler design, fabrication, and testing, using SolidWorks and ANSYS.
