At Access Healthcare, I lead the intelligent-automation and Generative/Agentic AI charter across the US healthcare RCM lifecycle. The platforms and automation program have contributed to 3,000+ FTE in operational savings and received NASSCOM awards in 2018, 2020 and 2023.
I built a reusable RPA+ML platform and an OCR/GenAI document-intelligence pipeline on Azure and AWS. I also designed an agentic-AI orchestration platform for coordinating specialized LLM agents, human handoffs, governance and deployment.
At Access Healthcare, I delivered an AI-powered RCM audit solution combining RAG, knowledge graphs and agentic loop engineering; a US patent was filed for the solution. My work spans claims, coding, prior authorization, denial management and other parts of the RCM lifecycle.
Before Access Healthcare, I co-founded Hethi Business Services, a BPaaS automation startup selected into NASSCOM 10,000 Startups. At Verizon India, I conceived and delivered the Fallout Automation Engine, which saved 140,000 orders and approximately $650K in IT savings in one year; a US patent was filed.
