I’m a Product Manager who leads end-to-end product strategy and delivery across high-scale AI experiences and fintech trading systems. At Swiggy, I defined the vision for a GenAI-driven Conversational Search platform, setting search relevance metrics and LLM orchestration to enable natural language, intent-based discovery at scale.

I also owned personalization and operational excellence: I integrated ML-based ranking with structured metadata pipelines to expand catalog coverage by 36% (7k to 11k SKUs) and used SQL-driven funnel diagnostics to launch improvements that increased conversion by 1.5% on high-frequency use cases. I built automated vendor onboarding and catalog governance, reducing operational latency from 24 hours to seconds while improving compliance accuracy, and launched “Contract Master” to improve upstream data quality and achieve ₹0.5/order cost savings.

More recently, at Pluang, I’m leading 0 to 1 launch of the first leveraged CFD trading product—owning product strategy, broker/OMS integrations, risk workflows, and regulatory coordination across a multi-partner ecosystem. I also led US IPO investing access for Indonesian retail users (targeting 50K+ users and ~$15M in initial allocations) and built FX and portfolio translation systems serving 800K+ active investors with improved reconciliation and leveraged position attribution.
