At Bitwise Global, I shipped myPOD, an access-controlled HR policy RAG assistant, and People Search, a semantic employee discovery system. Built with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, FastAPI, and Qdrant, myPOD resolves more than 75% of questions without human help and reclaims about 20 hours of HR effort each week.
I also built evaluation and delivery workflows with RAGAS, Langfuse, and GitLab CI/CD, and improved retrieval, response speed, and operating costs. In my projects, I’ve built multi-agent workflows and hybrid-search RAG systems, and I’m building a support-ticket copilot with human approval and safety evaluations.
