At Infosys, I support a large-scale government taxation platform by translating 20+ regulatory and operational requirements per release into BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and Agile user stories. I work with client officers, business users, engineering, QA, and product teams to keep delivery aligned with evolving compliance needs.
Previously at Fitrofy, I analysed onboarding and engagement behaviour for 50K+ registered users using SQL, Excel, and Power BI. I built KPI dashboards, identified feature-adoption and onboarding gaps, and helped founders and product teams turn business goals into sprint-ready requirements.
