What I'm looking for
I’m an L2 Systems Engineer with a track record of promoting from L1 IT Support specialist into a hands-on, SLA-driven support role at Teleperformance. I focus on identity administration, remote installation/deployment, and resolving critical P1/P2 outages with calm, fast coordination across Network, Security, and Server teams.
In my current role, I manage user lifecycle operations in Active Directory and Azure AD, including account locking/unlocking, group membership, and Azure AD license checks. I also support SSO and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configurations to strengthen identity security and access reliability for cloud-integrated applications.
My day-to-day technical ownership includes remote software installation and update rollouts using Tanium, plus deep asset and compliance support with Lansweeper. I diagnose and fix performance and connectivity problems in hybrid virtual desktop environments (Citrix and Horizon), improving session stability and end-user experience.
For VPN and connectivity, I troubleshoot IP conflicts, client misconfiguration, and expired credentials, while monitoring real-time VPN traffic and trends through Grafana dashboards. Earlier, as General Manager, I led teams of 10, improved productivity by 30%, and built/maintained customer databases—strengthening my communication, ownership, and delivery mindset.
