I’m a Data Researcher and analyst with 2 years of experience analyzing datasets and turning them into insights that drive business decisions. I’m especially focused on using data to improve how teams plan, learn, and act—through clear reporting and practical recommendations.

In my recent role, I gather and analyze large datasets to support a positive work culture by uncovering what influences employee satisfaction and productivity. I also developed and maintained databases for efficient data storage, and I produced comprehensive reports with actionable insights based on trend and pattern identification.

One achievement I’m proud of is implementing a new data visualization tool that significantly improved the efficiency of the data analysis process. I bring strong attention to detail to ensure insights are accurate, usable, and aligned with the decisions people need to make.

Earlier, as a Big Data Analytics intern, I used Python, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis and assisted with developing predictive models for business insights. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams and conducted research on emerging technologies in big data analytics—building a mindset of continuous learning and problem-solving.
