At Wella Company, I manage end-to-end product development for Sebastian and Wella Professional, partnering with third-party manufacturers to deliver launches on time and within cost targets. I grow TPM portfolios through new formulations across Sebastian, Nioxin, and Wella Professional while evaluating prototypes for texture, performance, and stability.
Previously at The Estée Lauder Companies, I formulated and led more than 50 skincare innovation projects spanning moisturizers, serums, eye care, and body care. With a Chemistry and Art background from Swarthmore College, I bring hands-on formulation, materials science, packaging testing, market research, and cross-functional project coordination to product development.
