At the Faculty of Dentistry, Suez Canal University and New Ismailia National University, I teach oral pathology and forensic odontology to undergraduate and postgraduate students. I also serve as Director of the Oral Pathology Laboratory and Deputy Director of the CME Unit.
My academic work includes research on molecular pathology, oral cancer, and bioactive scaffolds. My publications include studies of nano-honokiol and 5-fluorouracil in induced tongue cancer and silver vanadate–hydroxyapatite nanofibrous scaffolds for bone regeneration and infection control.
I’ve contributed to faculty quality assurance and strategic planning, and currently manage the Occupational Health & Safety file for the University Hospital’s GAHAR accreditation project. I also participate in the Electronic Assessment Center’s transition to computer-based testing.
