What I'm looking for

I want to develop engaging digital content, bringing together audiovisual storytelling, audio, and technology with the organization and consistency that ongoing brand communications require.

At IEEE Student Branch, Universidad del Norte, I co-managed Instagram and created audiovisual pieces about organizational activities and academic initiatives. I also handled member databases, newsletter lists, and event communications as Treasurer.

For my Universidad del Norte academic projects, I translated specialized research into an accessible thesis presentation video and adapted a course project into video. I also filmed and published a YouTube video blog about preparing for my first chamber choir concert.

At Surti Stereo S.A.S., I developed customer acquisition initiatives and an AI-supported conversational marketing strategy concept. I also developed a warranty and after-sales protocol and supported the temporary operation of the Santa Marta store.

As a Case Update Analyst at Team Hub Solutions Center S.A.S., I research and verify case information, track requests and follow-ups, and maintain clear records. My electronics engineering projects include helping develop Geotrack, an AWS-based real-time geolocation system, and leading the RFID4ALL monitoring view.
