Sarah Higham

I am a licensed pharmacy technician with over six years of hands-on experience supporting both retail and closed-door pharmacy operations. I hold a pharmacy technician license (License # 175327) and completed a certificate program at Chaffey College.

At Best Pharmacy I advanced to Lead Tech, where I supervised workflow tasks, assisted customers, updated patient records, managed inventory, and helped train new technicians. I have practical experience with the Pioneer tech processing system.

Currently I work as a Tech 2 at Citrus Pharmacy, performing data entry, triage, admitting and updating patient information, and processing medications for skilled nursing facilities. I am experienced with Docutrak and Framework LTC/ECM systems.

I bring strong attention to detail, time management, communication, adaptability, and stress-management skills, and I thrive in roles that combine customer service with accurate medication processing and record keeping.
