Sarah Alwahaibi
@sarahalwahaibi
Engineering graduate focused on process optimization, instrumentation, and sustainable industrial solutions.
What I'm looking for
I am a results-oriented biosystems engineering graduate with a strong foundation in system operations and optimization, emphasizing food and bioprocess engineering. I apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems in industrial and energy-related processes with a focus on sustainability.
My hands-on experience includes hazardous waste treatment operations, where I trained on incineration and autoclave systems and supported CRM and reporting workflows. I have supported academic instruction as a teaching assistant for Instrumentation, developing grading rubrics and aligning assessments with technical outcomes.
In research and operations roles I managed seed inventories, organized experimental data in Excel, and contributed to field sample collection and planting preparations. I have also coordinated international student events, maintained student data with Sunapsis, and handled event logistics and communications.
I am proficient in process optimization, instrumentation, mass and energy balances, and technical reporting, and I use MATLAB, LabVIEW, R, CAD, and advanced Excel to drive efficiency and clear documentation. I bring attention to detail, data-driven problem solving, and a commitment to sustainable engineering practices.
