What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design inclusive, evidence-based learning frameworks, strengthen educator capacity, and advance early childhood and disability inclusion initiatives through research-informed curriculum work.

At BRAC University's Institute of Educational Development, I develop and refine pedagogical frameworks and instructional manuals for Early Childhood Development initiatives. I integrate inclusive strategies across the Play to Learn and Vroom Childcare projects and create resources for mentors, caregivers, and community stakeholders.

I've also worked in curriculum and teacher training, education research and development, lesson development, and secondary science teaching. With an M.Ed. in Science, Mathematics and Technology Education, I bring disability inclusion, qualitative inquiry, educator development, and AI-driven content engineering to curricular work.
