Santosh Pandey

I’m a Software Engineer with a strong track record building high-quality, production-focused software in fast-paced environments. I enjoy solving tough problems creatively and efficiently, and I take ownership from core functionality to end-to-end delivery.

At Treeleaf Technologies, I led R&D for audio and video processing using C++, libav, FFmpeg, and OpenCV. I also worked on WebRTC to build a group communication platform (“Meet”) for real-time audio/video, including features like screen sharing, one-to-one calls, and group calls.

I’ve built reliable backend services using a microservice architecture in Java, and I’ve worked across modern infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud. I also implemented call recording and playback using C++ with multithreading, enabling users to revisit shared recorded sessions.

Earlier, at Palm Mind Technology, I developed a robust web server to connect users with an NLP engine and delivered end-to-end chatbot systems, balancing frontend design with backend infrastructure. I continue to expand my expertise while pursuing a Master of Engineering specialization in Data Science.
