I'm a full-stack software engineer based in Lalitpur, Nepal, with a few years of experience building web applications that need to hold up under real pressure. That means real-time data, security-sensitive platforms, and systems that genuinely can't afford downtime.

My strongest area is the Angular and React front end, but I've spent just as much time in the backend with Django REST Framework, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, so I'm just as comfortable owning a feature end to end as I am polishing a UI. I built streaming platforms on AWS where I had to get into the weeds of performance work: web workers, socket connections, all the usual real-time headaches. I also worked on dashboards for OHO, a super app used widely across Nepal. One project I'm especially proud of is a medical report sharing platform where we used Hyperledger Fabric to make records tamper-proof. That one taught me a lot about designing security in from the start instead of patching it on later.

More recently I've been leaning into AI engineering: integrating LLMs into real product workflows, working with tools like Claude and building around API-driven AI features rather than just experimenting with them. I care a lot about using AI well in day to day development too, treating it as something that speeds up good engineering rather than replaces the thinking behind it.

I enjoy working with distributed teams and async communication, daily standups over Slack, clear documentation, and being upfront when something's blocked. Remote work only functions well when people are deliberate about it, and I try to be. I'm looking for a role where I can keep growing into architecture level decisions instead of just picking up tickets.
