At METLIFE, I promoted financial protection solutions by identifying customer needs and presenting proposals tailored to individual profiles and objectives. I also prospected for customers through cold calls, email outreach, websites, and other channels.

I maintained contact with clients, provided personalized service, and followed up on requests and special cases while supporting the commercial advisory process.

At STF GROUP, I supported supplier registration and onboarding by collecting, reviewing, digitizing, and organizing supplier documents. I maintained digital records to support traceability and information retrieval.

I also processed purchase orders negotiated by the Administrative Procurement department and prepared supplier advance payment requests. I hold a specialization in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business from Universidad de San Buenaventura.
