At Neuromédica S.A.S., I built the 2026 forecast model by consolidating 287,841 accounting records and defining projection rules by vendor, subaccount, and operating center.

I used Python and Claude Code to map a 43-sheet model across three files, finding broken links and structural changes before migration. I also developed a Power BI revenue dashboard fed by an automated pipeline.

For Neuromédica, I assessed the financial case for moving the contact center to a cloud telephone platform, recalculated a 1.6-month break-even point, and presented the analysis to the finance committee. I also automated KPI presentations for the boards of three portfolio companies.

At DecoracionesXYZ, my family’s event-decoration business, I handle income, expenses, quotes, and invoicing. I introduced a 30% deposit policy to fund materials and protect cash flow, and I’m building quoting and inventory tools.
