What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a QA / software support role where I can run functional and non-functional tests, report incidents clearly, and grow with development teams in a quality-focused environment.

I’m an Aprendiz SENA in Técnico en Programación de Software, building practical experience in software testing and quality support. I’ve executed functional and non-functional tests, documented and reported errors, and helped validate software updates and functionality.

Working closely with development and support teams, I write technical reports and incidents with a continuous-improvement mindset. I’m responsible, committed, and focused on meeting objectives while improving processes through clear documentation and reliable issue tracking.
