At itti (Monchis), I partner with merchants and stakeholders to turn user stories into prototypes, integrations, and production releases for core POS features. I lead a team of 6+ working on real-time orders, driver tracking, and order status.
I own delivery-system features end to end and after launch, improving real-time order visibility and delivery speed while reducing errors and support requests. I also built merchant and back-office admin portals, and reusable AI workflows for ticket analysis and pre-PR validation.
At Oriana, I lead a small team building a school-management micro-SaaS for 3,000 students, with QR attendance and WhatsApp alerts via Twilio.
At Blur Effect, I built a production LLM harness with tool calling, model guidance, retries, and dead-letter queues, and led React Native architecture across client projects. Earlier, I rebuilt Taringa!'s mobile app and built apps for Apparta, Fithub, and CityPrime.
