I’m an Appian Lead Developer-certified consultant with 10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise BPM and automation solutions. I specialize in turning complex business requirements into robust technical architectures and driving end-to-end SDLC activities—from process modeling and application development to integration, testing, and production deployment.

In my current role as an Appian Technical Lead at First Citizens Bank, I lead the team to deliver scalable Appian solutions in an Agile environment, translate requirements into clear technical specifications, and provide technical guidance through code reviews and deliverable reviews. I continuously monitor Appian health check reports to remove design and performance bottlenecks and keep systems stable and fast. Previously at Aviva, I maintained environment stability through proactive monitoring, resolved live production issues with long-term fixes, and supported upgrades, hotfixes, and major incident management.
