At Verisk Analytics, I co-designed and built RuleRunner, a stateless .NET microservice that moved compliance checks off the client and onto an SQS-backed worker. That reduced user wait time from about three seconds to half a second while allowing horizontal scaling.

I also built the backend for Xactimate import/export across more than 30 data types, making transfers about 38% faster. Outside work, I built a multi-tenant payroll and attendance SaaS used by more than 15 small businesses.

Rolled out OAuth 2.0 with Okta-issued JWTs on AWS EKS behind Kong API Gateway for 6 of the platform's 15+ services, integrating with the existing Identity Server flow. Migrated 4 client applications from Forms Authentication to JWT bearer auth over a shared Redis session store, adding token revocation so that logout ends the session everywhere instead of leaving tokens valid for days.
