At Accenture, I work on Comcast Business APIs and AWS event-driven services for the Business Services Portal. I migrated five voice-service API families into ten endpoints and implemented Okta identity-claim validation and role-based access control.
I built an SNS/SQS pipeline with four product queues that feeds service data into the portal’s MySQL inventory. It replaced four polling jobs and reduced p95 inventory-update latency by approximately 35% across roughly 15K daily updates.
I also implemented payment APIs and multi-account flows, along with billing search, sorting and pagination. Indexed MySQL queries reduced billing-list p95 latency by approximately 40% for accounts with 10K+ invoices.
Earlier at Accenture, I built three product-data APIs and a service-disconnection application that automated the submission of approximately 600 customer requests per month. I also migrated 11 APIs and seven AWS Lambdas to .NET 8, and hold Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
