What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end website design and Webflow development—building high-quality no-code experiences, owning timelines and client delivery, and mentoring teams while keeping the craft at the center.

I’m a Design Lead and Webflow expert with 10+ years across product design, UX, branding, and no-code development. I co-fund TheCSS Agency and lead both the design and Webflow teams, managing end-to-end website delivery for clients.

I’ve moved from UI execution to design leadership by building process, quality, and craft into every stage. At TheCSS Agency, I lead website design projects from early wireframes and concepts through final Webflow builds, while owning client relationships, timelines, and delivery standards.

Previously, I drove design quality and delivery as a Design Lead at Logicwind, and I’ve worn parallel hats as a UI/UX Designer · Webflow Developer · Branding Designer—gathering user requirements with product managers and engineers. Earlier roles strengthened my foundation across UX wireframes, UI flows, and production-ready front-end work using HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
