What I'm looking for
I’m a Foundation Phase educator dedicated to inclusive, creativity-driven learning. I leverage extensive experience to support diverse learner needs and promote educational excellence.
Currently, I plan and deliver mathematics lessons aligned with the US American curriculum for Grade 3 & 4. I develop engaging learning materials and design differentiated lesson plans that strengthen critical thinking, problem-solving, and student understanding.
I’ve also worked as a Facilitator to a Visually Impaired Learner, adapting curriculum and learning materials for optimal outcomes. My approach includes Braille and textbook adaptation, as well as “Orientation and Mobility” strategies to build independence and access.
I hold a Bachelor of Education (NQF7) in Early Childhood Development and completed a TEFL course with Distinction. I collaborate with colleagues and parents, use formative and summative assessments to guide progress, and lead supportive classroom practices grounded in positive behavioural interventions.
