At Hexaware Technologies, I work on Air Canada's Crew Management platform across crew pay, leave, and reassignment workflows. I conduct discovery sessions and turn user needs into stories and acceptance criteria.
I reviewed more than 100 user stories and analyzed over 150 defects, helping identify product gaps and inform feature scope changes. Workflow improvements I recommended were acknowledged by Air Canada stakeholders and incorporated into the platform.
I partner with product managers, business analysts, and engineering leads on delivery, and support UAT with business users. I also lead a seven-member QA sub-team and use Jira dashboards, Confluence documentation, and KPI reports to track delivery.
