Seeking a challenging role that leverages my technical expertise and passion for innovation to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

I’ve spent over 10 years working in IT support, helping people solve problems, fixing things when they break, and keeping tech systems running smoothly. Along the way, I realized I really enjoy improving how teams work together—not just fixing tech issues, but making processes simpler and helping people stay on the same page.

Recently, I earned my Certified ScrumMaster® certification because I wanted to grow into roles that focus more on guiding teams and improving how projects get done. Even before getting certified, I was already acting as a go-to person for coordination, troubleshooting, and making sure things didn’t fall through the cracks.

Outside of work, I’m always learning—whether it’s diving into project tools like Jira or working on creative projects in my spare time. I’m looking for a role where I can bring both my technical background and my people skills to a team that values collaboration, problem-solving, and making real progress without the chaos.
