What I'm looking for

I'm particularly interested in occupational and organisational psychology, employee wellbeing, mental health in demanding working environments, and the psychological challenges associated with seafaring and life on board.

At TEACHING INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC HEALTH OF PRIMORJE-GORSKI KOTAR COUNTY, I conduct psychological assessments and provide individual and family counselling and psychotherapy. I also facilitate group therapy for people experiencing addiction-related problems.

At KONTEKST, CONSULTING SERVICES, I provide counselling and psychotherapy and support clients with emotional regulation, communication and interpersonal relationships. I also design and deliver workshops focused on personal and social competencies.

Through the SOCIETY FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE, I participated in employee support projects involving the Croatian National Bank, Samsung and Croatia Lottery. My work included supporting employees with stress, workplace communication, burnout prevention and psychological resilience.
