What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a growing role where I can support patients through intake/enrollment, communicate in English/Spanish, and deliver calm, organized service—while learning new tools and improving every day.

I’m a bilingual Medical Assistant who enjoys a little bit of everything and adapts quickly when something is new. With 6+ years of strong customer service, I bring active listening, great communication, and a positive, organized approach to every patient and client interaction.

In my recent Remote Medical Assistant role at Metaphy, I addressed patients’ questions and concerns, completed inbound and outbound calls, and built strong relationships by clearly explaining the program and how it benefits patients. I also successfully obtained PI to access patient medical charts and contacted referred patients by phone to guide them through program steps and increase completed enrollments.

Previously, I handled intake-related client concerns at Legal Answer Edge by issuing, gathering, and inspecting intake forms, coordinating required documentation, and responding promptly to phone inquiries.
