I've led fashion education, production, and consulting initiatives across the Caribbean and the United States for more than 30 years. At MADE868 Fashion Production Facility, I helped develop a $6M fashion production facility and guided designers and entrepreneurs on workflows, quality assurance, compliance, and garment finishing.

As Department Head and Fashion Chair at the Caribbean Academy of Fashion & Design, University of Trinidad & Tobago, I led academic programs in fashion design, textiles, and apparel construction from 2008 to 2023. I developed globally aligned curricula, mentored students and faculty, managed budgets and compliance documentation, and directed fashion exhibitions and industry collaborations.

Now, I develop industrial sewing and garment-production training at Sewing Training Academy in Nashville, integrating lean manufacturing, workplace safety, ISO and AQL quality checks, sustainability, and real-client production projects. I bring practical product-development knowledge, project management, and a commitment to helping fashion businesses and emerging designers grow.
