I'm seeking a 100% remote nursing opportunity in telehealth, care coordination, case management, or patient support, where I can provide chronic disease management, patient education, remote monitoring, and coordinated follow-up.

At First Patient Engagement Limited, I deliver virtual nursing care to 20–30 patients weekly, assess symptoms and vital signs, coordinate care plans, and educate chronic disease patients on medication adherence and symptom management.
