What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and strengthen IAM, identity governance, Zero Trust, and compliance controls in a regulated enterprise, partnering with engineering teams, auditors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient access management.

At Cigna Healthcare International, I engineer enterprise IAM controls and led the migration from RSA Lifecycle & Governance to Saviynt Cloud IGA. I build entitlement governance, RBAC, conditional access, access reviews, and audit evidence across a regulated global healthcare environment.

Previously at NCBA Bank, I managed IAM operations across Kenya and subsidiaries in Ivory Coast, Rwanda, Uganda, and Tanzania. I implemented password-reset automation across core banking systems, introduced a paperless incident reporting system that saved over KES 500,000, and strengthened access governance through recertification, SoD controls, and audit support.

I'm focused on translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into practical IAM designs, resilient controls, and production-ready security outcomes.
