I’m looking to grow in content creation and marketing, working with teams to build strong ad campaigns and engaging social media content while delivering great customer service in fast-paced environments.

I’m a freelance content creator who collaborates with marketing teams for 30+ clients to create visually appealing ad campaigns. I develop and design high-quality visual content across social platforms, edit content to improve engagement, and manage multiple ad campaigns while consulting online media management across 2+ platforms.

I also bring customer-facing experience from tickets and concessions work, where I collected admissions and tickets and handled customer service while supporting park concessions. Earlier retail experience as a general/meat wrapper strengthened my ability to oversee customer needs across departments and work through fast-paced operations with a focus on service and problem resolution.
